Refunds and Cancellations:
Understandably, personalized items may not be returned for a refund. However, if your banner is damaged in transit, your should refuse the package from UPS and then contact us immediately so that we may file a claim on your behalf and ship you a new banner if applicable. If your banner is incorrect due to a misspelling on our part, you should repackage your banner and contact us immediately to discuss how to send your banner back for a prompt refund, credit or exchange.
We hold true to our name "Express Party Banners". This means that the day you place your order, your banner goes into production immediately. Therefore; any and all cancellations must be made within one hour from the time you place your order. Cancellation requests should be sent to cancellations@bannergrams.com.
Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from BannerGrams.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
