How can I check on the status of my order? |

When you placed your order, you became a registered user on our website. Use the same email address and password that you supplied us to check the status of your order online. Click on “My Account” link at the top of any page on our website. |

How long will my banner last? |

With proper care and handling, your banner will last a long time. Of course paper banners are meant for indoor or temporary use, but our vinyl banners will last for years. |

I can’t figure out how to use your Design Center. Can your graphic artists design my banner? |

Yes. Just email us and tell us your specific needs and our graphic artist will be happy to design you the perfect custom banner. |

When I upload my image, it tells me my image doesn't have enough resolution. It's the only image I have and I don't know much about working with images. |

Our system is designed to test your image. If your image doesn't have enough resolution to look good when printed on our printers, the system won't allow you to proceed. We do this because we don't want to send you a banner with an image that we know will look bad. |
